The PTZOptics PT-JOY-G4 is compatible with most PTZ cameras operating over either serial or IP protocols. As a legacy-friendly controller, the PT-JOY-G4 integrates seamlessly with a variety of existing production systems and even allows users to switch between protocols with the touch of a button.

A newly added web user interface reduces setup time and allows you to set up and operate multiple cameras! If you use the PT-JOY-G4 for multiple productions or sets, we've got you covered. Import and export settings for specific use cases or production environments. During network setup, the PT-JOY-G4 dynamically receives an IP address when connected to your LAN. If your network isn't capable of providing DHCP addresses, you can assign the controller a static IP address.

With an expanded LCD screen and a variety of fine-tuning knobs, a single cameraman can easily operate the cameras:
- Operation of the cameras in Basic, Matrix and Normal modes
- Access cameras and quickly recall preset positions
- Control white balance, red and blue gain, shutter speed and more!
- Web-based and smartphone app control for additional flexibility
