Streamoptics is a part of IT-Systems Strauss GmbH and since 2018 one of the leading providers of professional hardware solutions for video and audio productions, home cinema systems, presentation technologies and digital signage solutions in Germany and Europe.
IT-Systems Strauss GmbH, headquartered in Gütersloh, is a traditionally family-runned company and can look back to the many years of experience of its founder and managing director Franco A. Strauss and that of its employees in the field of IT systems technology.

How can i create an account?
Registering a user account is free and easy. We offer you the option of creating a customer account in two ways:
1. In the navigation you can click on "Create an account" under the symbol "My account" and "New customer" and create your personal user account by entering your data.
2. After placing your order, you can set up your customer account simply and easily by clicking on the "Create an account" button.

Do I need a user account to be able to order?
No! You can easily, quickly and easily place an order in our online shop without first creating a user account. With a user account you have many advantages: You can place an order faster, track the status of your order, view previous orders and save alternative addresses.
Can I change my user data?
In order to change your personal user data, you must first log in to your user account. Under "My Account" you have the possibility to make changes to your data and your account settings.
I have forgotten my password.
You can easily have a new password sent to you. To do this, simply go to My Account in the navigation. Enter your e-mail address in the corresponding input field and click on "Forget" in the following input field. You will then immediately receive an email with a link to assign a new password.
Can I delete my user account?
You have the option of deleting your user account at any time. Let us know in writing by e-mail or fax, stating your personal data, that you wish to have your account deleted.
Place an order
How can I place an order?
You can simply place an item in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button. Once you have placed all the items you want in the shopping cart, you can view all the products there again and make changes. When everything is complete, you can continue with your purchase by clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button. In the checkout you can complete your purchase without registering or by registering a user account. Now enter your billing and delivery address and select a shipping method and the desired means of payment. In the next step, check the information you have given about the order. Confirm our terms and conditions and cancellation policy. By clicking on the "Buy with costs" button, you complete your order.
Can I change my order?
For logistical reasons, it is not possible to change your order later. If you need to make a change, we ask that you place a new order and cancel the wrong order. In this case, please contact our customer support immediately.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the option of canceling your order immediately after you have submitted and received our order confirmation. In this case, please contact our customer support. Please understand that we can no longer cancel after our picking process has been completed.
Can I place an order by phone?
We also offer you the option of placing an order by telephone. Simply call our customer support and have all the necessary ordering information ready. Please understand that for technical reasons we can only accept telephone orders in advance (advance payment, PayPal).
How can I pay?
We offer you numerous means of payment to pay for your order.
Payment in advance
If you pay in advance, please transfer the invoice amount of your order to our business account, stating a purpose. The bank details can be found in our order confirmation e-mail, which you will receive after your order. As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be processed.
Payment via PayPal
PayPal is an online payment service with which a payment can be made easily and securely. When completing the order, you will be automatically forwarded to PayPal to complete the payment. After successful payment you will return to our online shop. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open an account during the ordering process and then confirm the payment.
Payment by credit card
We accept the following credit card providers: Visa and MasterCard. Payment is also processed via PayPal. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of your order. After your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder, we will request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order has been placed. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is charged.
Payment by invoice
Payments by invoice are carried out by our payment service provider PayPal. After a successful address and credit check as part of the ordering process and submission of the order to our shipping service provider, we assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only pay to PayPal with a debt-discharging effect. For payment processing via PayPal, the terms and conditions and data protection declaration of PayPal apply - in addition to our terms and conditions.
Is it safe to pay online?
To ensure security in the online ordering process, we rely on the SSL encryption process to protect your data. Potentially sensitive data such as your name, address, card details are encrypted so that they can only be read on the secure server. All information is authenticated to ensure it is only transmitted to the secured servers. A check is carried out at all times to ensure that no manipulation takes place during data transmission. Furthermore, security checks are carried out on all transactions to ensure the authenticity of the payments at all times.
Is financing possible?
You can also finance your order. To do this, select the appropriate payment method in the checkout. After a successful scoring check, you can finance your order according to the stated conditions.
What shipping methods do you offer?
All our orders (Germany, Europe) are processed with the shipping service providers DHL Paket or DPD. Orders outside of Europe are carried out exclusively with DHL International. We would like to point out that deliveries to non-EU countries incur additional customs duties, taxes and fees.

How much are the shipping costs?
For all orders with an order value of more than 100 euros, we do not charge any shipping costs for standard shipping within Germany. The following applies to orders with an order value of less than 100 euros: Standard shipping Germany (DHL): 6.99 euros Express shipping Germany (DHL): 19.00 euros Standard shipping Europe (DHL): 15.00 euros
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping service provider, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation by email. In this you will find your consignment number, which serves as a tracking code. You can use the number to track the status of your shipment.
Can I pick up my order?
You can also pick up your order personally from our headquarters. To do this, you simply have to leave a note (pickup yourself) in your order. We process your order quickly and deposit the package for you at our headquarters. You will be notified by email from our customer support when your order is ready for pickup.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on working days Monday to Friday by 2:00 p.m. are usually dispatched on the same day. You can always find different shipping information directly in the product. The delivery time for orders from Germany usually takes 1-2 working days. Delivery times for orders from abroad (Europe, International) are usually 2-5 working days. Please note the respective times for the dispatch preparation that are specified in our products.
Can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you can return them to us within 14 days. In order to ensure smooth processing, we draw your attention to the following requirements:
- If possible, use our shipping carton for returning the goods
- The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition. Therefore, return the goods as you received them
- Labels and seals must not be removed
- Products that come in specially made packaging must also be returned in this as the packaging is part of the item
- Report your return to us beforehand. We will provide you with a return label
After receiving your return, the goods will be checked and processed in our logistics center. The purchase price will be refunded according to the original payment method within 7 working days.
We reserve the right to reject returned goods and items if the above requirements are not met. You will receive an email notification if we reject your return. The return is free and insured for you if you do it within Germany. Further details on returns can be found in our cancellation policy.
If you, as a trader, company or public institution, wish to return an order or an item, you are not legally entitled to the right of withdrawal. In this case, please contact our customer support. We will check your return request individually and decide whether a return as a gesture of goodwill is possible.
How long is the processing time?
The processing time for your return is 5-7 working days. Depending on the nature of your return, the processing time may take longer. During the entire process, a personal contact person is available to you at any time during our support hours.
How do I proceed in the event of a defect?
During and after your warranty period, we are at your side with advice and action. If it is necessary to call in the manufacturer for repairs, we guarantee the fastest possible processing through our close partnerships. To ensure a smooth process, please contact us in advance.
