With streamoptics.de, IT-Systems Strauss GmbH intends to further expand its market position in the field of audio-video streaming solutions in 2021. In the first half of the year, the company was able to record revenue growth of 36 percent compared to the previous year with its project.
With a constantly growing product portfolio, comprehensive technical know-how and strategic partnerships with key suppliers, Streamoptics will open up to new markets in Europe in the fourth quarter of this year.
A first step toward Europe was taken with the establishment of a subsidiary in Great Britain, which will be exclusively responsible for the British and Scandinavian markets. Other countries, such as the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, France, and Spain, will continue to be served operationally from the headquarters in Gütersloh. The company thus sees itself as ideally positioned for the future.

This was preceded by a relaunch of the online shop in the second quarter of this year, which laid the foundation for internationalization. In addition to a new and modern design, a new CRM system was implemented in the background to perfectly map all processes and procedures.

IT-System Strauss GmbH, based in Gütersloh, has been operating as a systems service provider in Germany since 2004. In 2018, the company launched the Streamoptics project and has since become the first point of contact for professional conference and presentation technology.
